With the Pension Plan, we – you and Vantage Towers – prepare together for your retirement. Every month, you make a small contribution and Vantage Towers adds double that amount on top.
If that were not enough, you can pay in additional contributions to prepare for the future even more, all on a flexible and fully voluntary basis.
If you are unable to work, you are entitled to a monthly disability pension. If you pass away, your surviving dependents will receive a death benefit – both of which are entirely financed by Vantage Towers alone.

Risk coverage protects you if you are unable to work due to disability. We look after your surviving dependants if you pass away. Risk coverage is financed entirely by Vantage Towers.
